Propel Clean Energy Partners is a strategic advisory services firm dedicated to helping public, private and civil society organizations make the greatest possible impact in the global clean energy transition. 

Propel provides a suite of support and consulting services related to domestic and international clean energy initiatives, focused on program strategy and development, ​market and policy research and analysis, stakeholder engagement, and implementation.

​Founded as a partnership in 2018 by Graham Pugh and Matt Jordan, Propel became Graham's solo consulting service in 2023. However, in keeping with Propel's goal to be an essential strategic partner in solving global clean energy challenges, Partners remains in the name.
